This is a longshot - check the fuse kit behind the glove box, fuse 37 in particular. If that fuse is out, your bluetooth will not work. I am finding on my 2021 550 with the music from USB that some (not much) music is not displaying artwork, even though the artwork is embedded and visible when I look at it on my computer. Changing it/updating it doesn’t seem to make a difference. In my case the TCU (bluetooth module) can make my radio (and chimes) go silent. But in my case iDrive gets really slow.
