Here's how it works: -Stimpaks no longer heal. -Nuka-Cola heals 30% (before perks) in exactly the same way Stimpaks did in the vanilla game. -The rarer Nuka products heal a bit more, Cherry starts at 40%, Quantum starts at 100% and Ice-cold versions heal an additional 10% again. -Nuka products also heal limbs (I didn't want this to be the case I was wondering if there was a mod that adds in a machine that makes nuka cola's, like the nuka cola bottler from fallout shelter.
